Hisaka Gaskets & Plates Gioăng này được lựa chọn cụ thể dựa trên điều kiện hoạt động. Một số vật liệu như NBR, EPDM, IIR, FPM, Silicon, v.v. có thể chịu được nhiệt độ lên đến 180 độ.
Loại Gioăng này không có miếng gài vào tấm trao đổi nhiệt, Do đó sử dụng keo Hisaka (S-1) đặc biệt để dán cố định gioăng vào tấm tạo hệ thống kín cho môi chất chảy qua.

Thông qua sự phát triển của chính chúng tôi, Hisaka Gaskets & Plates đã tiên phong sử dụng gioăng đặc biệt PTFE cho bộ trao đổi nhiệt dạng tấm. Nó thường được sử dụng trong các ứng dụng trong đó cao su tổng hợp thông thường sẽ có những hạn chế do tính ăn mòn của chất lỏng được xử lý. Với loại gioăng mới này, Bộ trao đổi nhiệt dạng tấm có thể được áp dụng rộng rãi so với trước đây do tính kháng hóa chất và độ bền của PTFE.
Kháng hóa chất tuyệt vời chống lại hầu hết các hóa chất đặc biệt là dung môi hữu cơ. Do lõi đàn hồi của gioăng TCG, nó không yêu cầu mô-men xoắn chặt trong quá trình lắp ráp của đơn vị. Như vậy giảm các rủi ro biến dạng tấm do quá chặt. Trong 1 bộ trao đổi nhiệt nếu 2 loại môi chất khác nhau có thể sử dụng kết hợp Gioang cho môi chất có độ ăn mòn cao và gioăng thông thường cho môi chất không có tính ăn mòn.
